Daily Duties at Motivity Solutions, Inc.:

Oversee all corporate legal matters and contract management. Draft, review, negotiate, and process multi-million dollar contracts between the firm, clients, synergy partners and vendors. Carefully oversee client on-boarding, initial product roll-out, and ongoing client usage related to contract terms and conditions. Manage and maintain all company contracts to ensure compliance. Draft and prepare corporate agreements including License Agreements, SLA’s, internal and external NDA’s, Employee Handbook and other employee agreements as necessary. Liaison between technology department, legal department, and sales department. Review invoices, collections, and accounts receivable activities.
