Daily Duties at Citibank, Usa, Na:
•Collaborate with the Product Team, Operations, Sales Support and Citi-Mortgage Partners to develop strategies for credit application volume, increased approval rates and booking/funding rates •Drive monthly credit revenue of $2 million among 300 personal bankers in 3 call centers •Regular reporting of Credit Sales and provide effective recommendations to improve sales performance •Partner with Sales Support to create and drive contests based on strategic plans of the Operations Channel •Create, Schedule and Administer Training for all credit products based on business direction and the needs of the Operations Team •Deliver Recognition of Top Credit Performers, Unit Managers, and Team Subject Matter Experts •Ensures Governance Team drives compliant sales to exceed 65% No Issues Goal •Foster pipeline management, utilization of credit tools and resources, inform of credit policy and/or risk changes •Create and Implement Re-Engineering Booking Cycle Strategies to Drive Client Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction and Revenue •Work with Marketing Product Team to develop, implement and drive credit sales campaigns
