Transcribed letters and contracts concerning franchise agreements by using redlining extensively; assisted in the preparation and filings of reports and SEC filings; maintained national contacts and employee databases for records manager, coordinated travel arrangements and acted as a liaison between the clients and attorneys/manager; organized and coordinated meeting and conference calls; recorded retention reviews by compiling notes from divisions reviews and creating outlines for submittal; reviewed and processed vendor invoices for payment.
