Developed new integrated approach that would create a new logistics job class and change roles of existing logistics job classes for maintenance engineering, publications, and spares product research and development. 1) Submitted a new Research and Development Proposal which would completely streamlined the existing logistics business model showing resulting reduced staffing, reduced data errors, and reduced product development cycle-time; 2) Developed proposal theory, approach, and improvement benefits; 3) Developed a master schedule along with a budget and staffing proposal; 4) Presented R & D proposal to Vice President and gained board approval to proceed. 5) Formed team and made task assignments to move forward to detailed proposal, tasking, and budget/status reporting documentation; 6) Managed team tasking and performance; 7) Reported progress through weekly status reports and quarterly board presentations; 8) New job class and existing job class changes were access and implemented. 9) Total effort was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. 10) Presented new process design to military and commercial national aerospace engineering conferences. 11) Semi-annual and annual performance reports were generated for each team members along with any salary change recommendations.
