Daily Duties at Boeing Aerospace Integrated Logistics Support:

Virtually mentored seven product development managers and team leaders in knowledge and skills required to manage teams to improve their program’s data utilization processes to reduced cycle time, development costs, and improved customers’ quality on delivered products. Assigned by Vice-President of Logistics to begin teaching other supervision levels the technical, process, and communication skills I possessed to increase their readiness to provide similar support for division and program level long-term goals. The training topics included: 1) lessons on thinking outside of the box for problem resolution, inter-team coordination of identification of process issues and gaining agreement on resolution options; 2) identification and understanding in existing and upcoming technology solutions that would aid in problem resolution; 3) research teaming agreements to reduce costs and reduce time to complete tasks; 4) technical information documentation and presentation of findings according to agreed schedule to upper management; 5) status report formatting for understanding and sharing throughout the enterprise to ensure design anywhere – build anywhere ideal was lowing overall corporate expenses; 6) provided monthly performance reporting on individual growth to supervisors next level of management. Provided mid and end of project reporting to Vice President whom found the effort to exceed expectations. Utilized Conference Calls, WebEx, MS Power Point, MS Word, and internet server access to support overall training.
