Daily Duties at Tenet Healthcare:

Regional executive manager of business development for 10 acute-care hospitals located in Miami-Dade, Broward and West Palm Beach Florida. Regional leadership includes oversight and direction of strategic partnerships and direction of service line expansion and market share growth. Implemented and tracked business development goals for each of the 10 hospitals, outpatient facilities, employed physicians, as well as all corporate initiatives. The B2B programs included: • Established and prospected On-site Medical Clinics with large employer business partners Accomplishment: Opened and managed Royal Caribbean and TYCO International’s on-site medical clinics • Managed and secured workplace wellness programs with bio metric screenings with insurance brokerage firms, large employers and HR directors • Developed and secured opportunities for Tenet’s large network of employed physicians to gain new patients through speaking series or health initiatives of Tenet’s business accounts • Developed and implemented Executive Health Program, a turnkey one-day yearly physical examination for busy executives • Collaborated with management teams in the development and implantation of the International Health Program, Senior Care Program, Outpatient Facility Programs and Workers Compensation Programs

Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary.
