Daily Duties at University Orthopedics And Sports Medicine:
Direct delivery of patient care, orthopedics and surgery. Instrumental in daily patient schedules demonstrating organization and time-management skills in tending more the 50 patints per day. Completed assessments, charting medical stats, symptoms and medications. Responsible for post-op dressing changes, casting and health self-management. Clinical nurse role assisting with direct delivery of patient care, orthopedics and surgery. Instrumental in daily patient schedules, demonstrating outstanding organization and time-management skills in tending more than 50 patients per day. Independently complete all initial assessments; chart medical stats, symptoms, and medications; instruct patients in health self-management; call in prescription orders. Responsible for post-operative dressing changes, care and follow up instructions. Administer a compassionate level of patient care, directly contributing to ongoing patient referrals and sustained growth of the practice. Proficient on NextGen Healthcare System since Jan 2011.
