Responsible for assisting attorney by reviewing daily mail, ascertaining tasks that required priority, making phone calls to clients, witnesses, and vendors; reviewing files for outstanding discovery; researching internet for possible experts information and plaintiff’s background in court website; maintaining physical and virtual files by scanning incoming and outgoing documents; notarizing documents for clients and other members of the staff; entered personal and attorney’s billing.
