Daily Duties at Total Health Care:
Complete Data Compilation Complete yearly UDS reports for Hypertension and Pediatric. Manage the Health Disparities Collaborative System for THC; add all data entry/data abstractions into Interpret medical data, maintain data quality goals/ standards, and assist with on-site chart reviews with chart reviewers. Conducts chart review for mortality and morbidity review. Serve as a liaison between the Substance Abuse department and Primary Care for administrative issues on Suboxone/Buprenorphine maintenance. Attend monthly meetings. Provide quarterly Narrative Report Submit Prepares monthly reports as required.
