Daily Duties at Total Health Care:

Worked in a collaborative manner with physicians, administrators, department managers to identify and meet the continuous performance improvement requirements of the organization. Conduct random chart audits for all Continuous Quality Initiatives (CQI), HEDIS, and UDS measures. Compiles and generates contract performance indicator and contractually required reports. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of NCQA accreditation. Assist with staff development. Monitors and provides assistance with quality assurance and compliance functions. Provides consultation and direction to ensure programs and services are implemented at the highest standards and patients receive the highest level of care. Ensures policies and procedures are monitored and updated to include regulatory changes. Collects a variety of data (clinical documentation auditing), maintains databases (Healthy Heart and Patient Center Medical Home registry) and assists in identifying opportunities for improvement. Analyzed data reports and implements process to achieve improved performance. Schedules and participates in trainings and meetings. Worked under the direction of the Clinical Operations Director, Medical Director, and Associate Medical Directors Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Coordinate and manage day-to-day project plan activities. Clinical Risk Management oversight Policy and procedure development and management
