Daily Duties at Commercial Diving Academy / Cda Technical Institute:
-Helped to build/run dive school from March 2002 with annual revenues of approximately $1 million through numerous expansions to its present state of International certification and annual revenues of approximately $12 + million. -Superivise staff of 14+ instructors/supervisors for all open water diving training/operations and classroom training environments -Identify instructional needs for resources prior to the start of operations/classes each day -Implement and ensure all departments participate aggressively in compliance of student retention programs -Hire,supervise,discipline instructors & students/resolve complaints -Participate in administrative evaluations of students and instructors on a regular basis -Monitor handbooks, handouts,power point presentations, video's and text/test curriculum used in classrooms and ensure they are up to date and followed consistently -Provide in house training, recommend and implement methods to improve instructor/supervisor performance -Identify potential problems and implement solutions -Comply with all US Dept of Education, Federal, State and accreditation regulations
