Daily Duties at Dhl:
Managed IT Transportation Projects, with excellent service delivery with respect to client and business requirement. As a project manager, responsibilities included managing all aspects of local and offshore development and QA resources to maximize client and customer satisfaction and the profitability and revenue growth of the existing customer base. Managed the entire SDLC using standard PMI methodologies to schedule, test and implement development activities. Applied my PMI certification and experience to create the strategy, define the scope, schedule the appropriate resources and execute the solution.
