Daily Duties at App Labs:
Established and developed accounts (main verticals were energy and healthcare). Responsibilities include managing and developing the relationship between Applabs and their client. AppLabs is an international testing company. Their customized testing solutions helped clients save money and time across all business units. Focused on partnering with clients to develop their QA departments to accelerate their QA objectives and improve the quality of their application developments and enhancements. As an account delivery manager I was the primary liaison between AppLabs and their clients. Daily duties include communicating customer needs and expectations, and ensuring those were met by delivery.
