Daily Duties at Rcg Global Services:
Responsible for RCG’s key accounts providing solution services support and excellent customer service. Maintain and increase revenues with existing clients, by building providing excellent customer support in addition to building strategic relationships with client contacts, including introducing additional programs and services that can benefit the client organization. Meet with clients to determine their resource needs and project expectations so I can place qualified resources.
