Daily Duties at Ibm:

● Role of Team Lead and often worked with a dynamic team ● Worked in Siebel HQ @ San Mateo, and did a team build and knowledge transfer to the newly built team ● Oriental in realization of CET concept ● Vignette analysis, Hotspot definition ● Construction of Customer environment in AIX ,Solaris and HP-Unix platforms ● Reconstruction of the vignettes in these environments ● Suggested solutions/workaround for the defects, suggesting enhancements for Siebel QA, Engineering and PM to effectively capture these kinds of defects ● Daily/Weekly status calls with the customer ● Deliverable doc preparation and daily status sheet maintenance.
