Daily Duties at Dana Eppstein Construction Co:
I as the president and owner of the co do direct work on all of my projects from bidding to writing proposals and contracts, estimating, supervising all of the trades directly, through the completion of all of my projects. I have a general knowledge of ALL trades, with my expertise being foundation, layout, Framing, both steel and wood, engineering, reading of plans and supervision, theu completion. I do what I call turn key projects but do specialty work and sub contracting as well.
