Daily Duties at Cox Communication:

Worked with the HR department to create 6 Web Based Trainings on topics such as Supervisor to Employee transition, and a Realistic Job Preview for new employees. One training was created virtually with Cox in Atlanta. Both using the Adobe Captivate program, ADDIE model, and other appropriate technologies.
