- Identify customer requirements to coordinate the accurate translation of these requirements through engineering, production and logistics. - Maintain open communications with customers and internal team members on status of all in-house orders. - In charge of generating Quotations and Proposals in a timely manner, with specific emphasis on project requirements, as well as follow ups ensuring appropriate delivery. - Ensure all day-to-day order processing by implementing the ISO procedures such as order acceptance, contract review meeting and project kick off. - Troubleshooting and interpersonal interaction with the different Depts. Involved on order processing such as Engineering, Production, Accounting, Logistics and Quality. (Open)
