Daily Duties at Rose Vista Care Center:
Lead RN on skilled unit. Provide care for my patients and ensure patient plan of care was being followed and updated as needed. Walking rounds with Medical Doctors. Updating new orders and reporting changes to the M.D and families. Supervise LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants . To have the ability to work any unit when needed.
