♦ Coordinated system development activities for a COTS-based Management Information System which included over 9,000 end-users, over 450 functions, to support engineering management, security and administrative functions for the COMM Directorate ♦ Supported CTF-168 as a Naval Reservist on performing All-source Collection Management. Systems employed included CAMS/RMS, Sundial, Defense Humint System, and USN airborne special collectors (1984-1989) ♦ Supported the DIA and as a Naval Reservist on signals intelligence operations analysis. Systems employed included GALE-Lite, DIA-SAFE, IBS, and Wrangler (1989-1999)
