Processing all restricted items through DTC or transfer agent. Processing DWACS,DRSP,& 144A exchange items through DTC. Processing incoming & outgoing account transfers (ACATS)from broker to broker. Called for status on 15 day or older aged items. Notified brokers when restricted paperwork is incorrect or incomplete. Managed accounts receivable incoming checks & securities from customers
