Daily Duties at Aig:
• Manage B2C Insurance programs that are executed through sponsored relationships including banks, Credit Card & Mortgage companies, retail buying groups brokers and other consumer relationship companies • Full P&L Responsibility including management of revenue targets of up to 25 million dollars a year, marketing spend, loss ratios, persistency and ROI • Current product portfolio includes accident and health insurance products • Strategic and day-to-day management of marketing partners and/or sponsored relationships • Tracking and reporting written premium, marketing cost, persistency and gaap income • New product, offer, channel and marketing program development (achieved through collaborative efforts with external partner and internal resources) • Management and development of marketing program manager(s) who report to this position and will be responsible for the implementation and management of all marketing programs including campaign set up, compliance approvals and analysis of all marketing campaigns • New partner/account solicitation • Reports directly to Senior Management
