Daily Duties at St. Francis Medical Center East & West Hospital:

Report directly to the Medical Chief Operating Officer Administrator for development and operational functionality of the Imaging Department within a Acute Care Medical Center(s) yielding annual gross revenues exceeding $10 million from General X-Ray, Interventional Procedures, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, MRI, CT, and remote Out Patient Imaging Services. After all expenses, all business centers cumulatively contributed positive net revenue yield with 1 to 2.8% annual growth. Accountable for providing administrative leadership in accordance with the department's mission statement. Provide business strategic planning, approve, affect and enforce policies, procedures for all business modalities. Affect PDCA (Plan Do Check Act) processes to assure metric based performance efficiency and improvement. Affect and monitor quality assurance programs for all diagnostic equipment for all modalities. Represent the Imaging services at 'Senior Management Team' meetings and promulgate SAT directives and initiatives to the Imaging Department staff and Radiologists. Assist Human Resources with staff recruiting and retention. Sustained consistent diagnostic exam volume growth for term of employment.
