Daily Duties at Waffle House:

Recruit, hire, train, and provide on going human resource management for 1500+hourly and managemnt employees, in addition to managing a 3-person human resources team. Served as a point of contact for all regulatory compliance issues, including OSHA, EEOC, and sexual harrassment. Make recommendations to operations management regarding all human resourcesfunctions, with emphasis on goal seting and recognition programs.
