Daily Duties at Capital Financial Group:
• Analyze and underwrite wholesale and retail residential loans including the preliminary credit package-credit report, income, assets (tax returns, financial statements), property insurance declarations, appraisal and title to determine feasibility of granting loan request through DE/DU/LP underwriting. • Manage multiple loss mitigation, short sale and making home affordable modification processing teams, focusing on achieving operational and financial objectives while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and Company regulations. Lead efforts towards reducing losses and maximizing loss mitigation tools and processes.
