Daily Duties at Greenspoon Marder, Pa:
• Represent mortgage lenders and servicers in all aspects of the foreclosure process from Referral to REO, across all 67 counties in Florida. • Analyzes operational performance reports and recommends courses of action to ensure achievement of required client service levels agreements. • Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, financial analyses, and recommendations. • Successful in creating and implementing strategic plans, setting and administering budgets, and developing improved processes to meet short and long term objectives. • Develops and implements interdepartmental process improvement initiatives to achieve defined corporate and departmental goals. • Interviews all potential employees, schedules staff, evaluates performances and makes recommendations for promotions and end of year bonuses. Able to establish a team-spirited environment through a positive and proactive leadership style.
