Daily Duties at University Of Iowa Hospitals And Clinics:
Facilitated care for the cardiac patient undergoing diagnostic testing for cardiac disease. Present for all treadmill testing. Assisted sonographers with venous access, interpreted EKG and was present for emergency outcomes. Provided conscious sedation with full cardiac monitoring for trans-esophageal echocardiograms. Assisted with non-invasive dobutamine studies requiring administration of the drug and cardiac monitoring.
