Assisted in the development and implementation of system testing in order to upgrade system processes to ensure compliance with new IRS/state regulations (including CBR). Served as team leader on special projects throughout the year, with additional autonomy during tax season. Developed a rapport with clients, management and interoffice personnel in order to provide the highest level of client service possible. Coordinated the ongoing analysis of recipient/income data in order to ensure accurate and timely Form 1099 reporting, and to minimize risk to the Bank. Became proficient with a multitude of information systems (GSP, PSS, DOORS, ASP, ONESOURCE Trust Tax System, and People Soft (Contact Management Database) in order to analyze data pertaining to client’s accounts regarding taxation and reconciliation purposes.
