Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard:
Review Maintenance contracts on all computer related equipment. Support FXI plants throughout the United States/Mexico Make recommendations for new computer equipment which includes but not limited to Servers, desktop, and laptops. Support of large 24/7 manufacturing facility. Third level support for desktop/laptops and specialized equipment. Responsible for developing and documenting business requirements, participates in the development of conceptual design and analysis, reviews functional specifications, develops and documents test plan, test scenarios and performs testing. Create client specific images for desktop and laptop computers and verify images working with various PC manufacturers. Project Manage desktop/laptop standardization. Maintain hardware and software assets for client which includes licensing. Travel to various plants performing complete Network Infrastructure upgrades which includes network, computers and cabling. Work independently with some interaction from Client Delivery Manager. Perform Database file matches using various software packages against mainframe file extractions. Coordinate Disaster recovery drill for FXI. Proficient in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Recommend computer upgrades. Coordinate and manage Disaster Recovery Drill for client Design Microsoft Access databases to generate various reports. Support for FXI legacy systems. Support for all FXI computer equipment. Run and terminate category 5 cables... Proficient in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook, Windows 7, Imagex, active directory and IT Security
