• Hired and trained 10 professional security agents • Managed team of 10 security agents • Spearheaded and partnered successfully with Saginaw Township Police to developed a safe shop program • Trained, coached and mentored staff to ensure smooth adoption of new program • Analyzed departmental documents for appropriate distribution and filing • Developed and maintained annual departmental budget • Secured physical properties by safety inspections, routine customer visits and property surveys • Assisted with special events/projects that enhanced the operations of the shopping center • Attended and participated in community meetings and groups associated with maintaining the safety of the community
