Directed all aspects of the day to day operations of the Parking Services Division within Canada. In charge of the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of this business unit. Created,implimented and maintained strategies for maximizing profitability of the Canadian Division. Managed expenses and ensured that accounts payables and receivables were processed efficiently. responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees,retention,planning,assigning,and directing work,appraising performance,rewarding and disciplining employees,addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensured the maximization of resources for customer satisfaction, schedule adherence and economic goals personally and through subordinate supervisors.
