Recruited to improve the performance of faculty and staff by providing one-on-one and group coaching which increases revenue, improves customer satisfaction and increases student graduation rates. Hands-on leader committed to interacting with customers consistently to identify needs, organize events to engage them, and address concerns so they receive high-quality services. Optimizes processes and procedures in order to comply with company, federal, state and regulatory requirements. Collaborates across the organization to develop policies and procedures that supported campus and corporate goals.
