Daily Duties at Ati Career Training Center:
Promoted, with full P&L responsibility to optimize operations for two campuses, ensuring revenue, student graduation, and customer satisfaction goals are met. Coaches three directors and continues to spearhead the Education and Career Services functions, ensuring 51 cross-functional staff members are providing high-quality service and instruction. Adheres to compliance requirements in the development and execution of campus operations across all functional departments. Provides group and one-on-one training in sales, student services and instruction, giving each staff member the knowledge and skills to meet requirements of federal, state and regulatory agencies and exceed customer expectations.
