Daily Duties at Fema:
Delivered BPI, organizational development consultation and process improvement training support to FEMA National Preparedness Division Office of Budget operations. Facilitate continuous improvement teams that focused on identifying, analyzing, solving and implementing organizational level workflow processes. Provide counsel to senior management in support of evaluating annual work plans and organizational goals.
