Daily Duties at Ciena:
Led major organizational development and training projects. Assessed company-wide training needs and requirements. Interfaced with high-level company personnel to understand training requirements, research technical details, and design instructional courseware using the ADDIE methodology. Identified, organized and implemented technical training programs to satisfy client, employee and contractor needs. Project leader for training deployment and post-training process improvement initiatives designed to measure and monitor training effectiveness.
