Daily Duties at Mta New York City Transit:
Assisted the Project Team that plans/designs the NYCT Capital Projects such as Tunnel Lighting, Substations, Circuit Breaker Houses, Battery and Control Cables, Negative Cables; and 600V power distribution in third rail. Assisted Project Manager in Engineering Management procedures required in carrying out design projects such as Master Planning, Preliminary & Final Engineering. Attended project meetings and presentations to learn manage a project and deliver the project on time. Successfully completed the training of Transit Authority’s web based documents’ library known as Constructware. Compiled and converted all the project related documents into electronic copy to upload them into Constructware. Received trainings and worked closely with project manager and other departmental personnel; and occasionally made field trips for site surveys along with my supervisor under his supervision and guidance.
