Daily Duties at Nyc Department Of Education:
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems in computers and technological equipments such as LCD projectors, smart boards, and other related audio/video equipment and also ensured if they were functioning properly. Performed local and remote testing on equipments including running computer programs to diagnose faults. Configured switches to resolve internetwork connectivity issues in VLAN1 and VLAN2 networks. Repaired equipment, built cables, and replaced boards and components to identify or remedy failures. Called vendors to report or resolve problems and assist with demonstrations. Re-imaged PCs and all versions of Macbooks if required and also mapped network drives to install the softwares.
