Daily Duties at Accel Partners:
Managed extensive worldwide travel and international calendar including meetings with royalty, and dignitaries. Preparation, filing and follow-up of legal investment documentation. SEC filings, securities handling and tracking Investor data requests. Bank reconciliations. Communicated recent closings to staff. Assisted in quarterly and annual financials preparation and reporting Human resources (payroll, 401K plan, benefits administration).
