Oversee a team of 5 bookkeepers, crafting packages of Monthly Statements to report to the board of Directors of Condos & Coops, Ensure timely billing of monthly rent bills and real estate tax escalations, create and report 1099 and 1098 to tenants, vendors and IRS, Liaison to outside accounts of each property,preparation of Budgets, ensure timely Real state Tax Payments and RPIE for to the city of new york. Streamline processes. Monthly Closing of books and starting new month,maintain close relationship with the banks, vendors, insurance brokers, outside accountants and Board of Directors.
