Managed calendar, scheduled meetings, made all arrangements for domestic and international travel itineraries including Asia, Israel and India. Conducted research projects to reflect and report global competitive movement; prepared internal firm statistics. Tracked portfolio company reporting of financials. Prepared materials for board meetings and reporting to partners. Event and activity planning to enhance and promote portfolio company business. Maintained extensive database of all contacts by sending out holiday cards each year and researching the returns to ensure current entries.
