Daily Duties at Dei Inc.:

Provided high level support for both TDM, and IP solutions. Responsible for maintaining systems Avaya, i.e. PBX S8730 servers, G650 Gateways, Audix Voicemail System, CMS. Supported the monthly backups need for CMS System and Audix Voicemail System and servers. Preformed moves, add’s and changes for all voice systems and approximately 14,000 end users. Was point person for coordination of vendors and troubleshooting of providers services? Delivered expert support for all voice problems and troubleshooting. Analyzed client business needs, alone with project management and planning initiatives. Support for Call Accounting System Software, MDF/IDF cabling infrastructure and paging equipment. Recognized for high level of productivity; skillfully analyzing and resolving technical issues while maintaining compliance with SLAs. Ensured seamless delivery of voice services maintenance, programming, and network engineering. Rotational on-call support for Telecom voice services 24x7. Knowledge and experience managing, ordering, implementing and configuring T1’s from difference service providers.
