Served as the Operations NCO for the Defense Attaché office in Sarajevo, Bosnia. Prepared collection instructions, guides, and manuals for use by internal and external organizations, and participate in the review and evaluation of the collection process. Manage requirements in a massive databases both military and civilian to identify the best resources available utilizing data mining techniques. Using in depth understanding knowledge of the end user evaluating data acquisition to build detailed reports. Coordinated with and liaised with other agencies to obtain required information needed to meet goals. Management of the local Government fleet to include management of vehicle usage scheduling, maintenance and repairs of the fleet. Office responsibilities included assisting in preparation of the annual operational and housing budget.
