Duties and accomplishments included: • Successfully managed efforts to secure and close the following corporate financing initiatives: - $275 million 3-year asset-backed commercial paper credit facility with term liquidity - $205 million unsecured, 364-day revolving credit agreement - $100 million private placement of unsecured, 10-year senior notes - $ 26 million common stock offering - $ 20 million purchase/sale/leaseback of information technology center - $ 50+ million in capital and operating leases for information technology equipment • Managed 14-member bank group, which included 3 of the top 4 banks in the United States • Conducted due diligence and valuation analyses of acquisition targets
