• Created the in-house advertising department. Initiated and managed the company’s total advertising plan, co-op advertising programs, results analysis, while directing and supervising internal and external media and creative personnel. • Coordinated and communicated advertising plan, merchandise requirements and weekly deadlines with 17 apparel and hardlines merchandise buyers and 3 Vice Presidents throughout 3 merchandising divisions.
