Daily Duties at Asset Acceptance Capital Corp.:
Lead team of up to 15 collectors with coaching, performance reviews, positive discipline and individual attention. Handle escalated calls from consumers to maintain compliance and customer experience. Monitor calls and audit accounts to assure collectors were staying in compliance with federal law. Recommend changes to upper management regarding type of files worked and size of route. Monthly and annual performance reviews, recommend raises and promotions.
