Daily Duties at Furniture Unlimited :
• Created the in-house advertising department, counseled owners and top management on effective media placement and communication strategies, responsible for total coordination of $4 million dollar advertising plan. • Instrumental in the company’s growth, dominance, and status as one of the largest retail furniture advertisers in the Philadelphia DMA, and one of the top 100 furniture retailers in the country. • Instructed and supervised internal advertising staff, plus outside production and media resources. • Coordinated all aspects of annual 6-month long Vendor Support project, marketing presentations soliciting discretionary co-op funds and participation in advertising plan, plus maintained over 30 other ongoing co-op adverting programs and accrual periods.
