Daily Duties at United Recovery Systems:
Led team of 50 FTE and 4 managers. Set quotas for collectors, managers and department. Forecast results for VP and client. Audit queues to ensure proper work flow and effort to guarantee results. Interview, hire, train, discipline, terminate employees. Monthly performance reviews. Schedule hours, resolve conflicts set salaries. Develop policies to ensure compliance provide customer experience. Determine size of teams, queues, and work effort. Promote/demote depending on performance.
