Daily Duties at Maritz Research:

Led process improvement initiatives for General Motors by facilitating continuous improvement programs and strategies focused on customer experience, business profitability and customer retention. Developed business process models of current and to-be processes. Applied lean six sigma methodologies to identify process improvements. Managed cross-functional project teams that research consumer behavior and recommend best approaches to improve the customer experience at each point of contact. Analyzed market specific changes, identified business growth opportunities and implemented solutions centered on increasing customer satisfaction, customer retention, sales and brand image. Used business acumen to build rapport with senior management teams and established myself as a trusted advisor. Propose strategic business initiatives that focused on developing a competitive advantage and coached executives on ways to improve business through the Voice of the Customer.
