Daily Duties at Options Home Care :

The Southern Regional Manager (SRM) has direct oversight of the District Managers in our Southern Region (ENM, SENM and SNM). This person will work closely with corporate management team to develop and implement standards of operations and administration to apply across the regions. The SRM must have a strong ability to foster teamwork and deliver excellent services to consumers by supporting District Managers, Caregivers and the Administrative Staff, in providing excellence in care across the assigned areas and hold all district staff members accountable to their roles and responsibilities. This position will report to our Vice President, Operations for Options Home Care, and will be a representative of the Company. The SRM is accountable in the delivery of the Vice President reports on a weekly basis for assigned offices. This person will have an understanding and complies with Medicaid and other applicable regulations concerning in home care. Regional Manager must be able and willing to travel region wide as needed to ensure districts are compliant with company and regulatory standards, and will grow the company by having a strong knowledge of all state programs relevant to the company’s mission, and builds strong relationships with all existing and potential contracting agencies.
