Daily Duties at Memorial Nature Fund:

 Responsible for reviewing, analyzing and reporting the cash flow including forecasts, development and implantation of Board approved changes to financing and fundraising strategies. Develop and manage financial protocols.  Maintain daily funds and bank account management. Process related account reconciliations and journal entries. Generate monthly financial reports for the Board.  Act as a resource for the non-profit’s budget and maintain detailed budget with non-profit’s specific accounting codes.  Monitor expenditures on a monthly basis and review vendor invoices for accuracy. Establish and implement purchasing procedures.  Complete state and federal forms on a timely basis. Maintain non-profit’s official records and documents, and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Conduct official correspondence of the organization, and jointly, with designated officers, execute legal documents.  Assist with development and implementation of marketing and fundraising strategies, plans, programs and related materials.
